Hatha Flow Yoga
In Hatha Flow Yoga classes students learn the principles of Hatha Yoga practice on the basis of Vinyasa Krama (breathing-movement-system). After one month of regular participation in this course students will also be able to join the Intro Course of Ashtanga Yoga.
Hatha Flow Yoga classes are oriented towards the foundation of any Hatha Yoga practice. The classes comprise easy warming up poses, basic standing, seated and twist poses, simple inversions, Sun Salutations, Vinyasa Krama, alignment, awareness, Pranayama (conscious breathing), Meditation, Drishti (mind focus), Dharana (concentration) and Philosophy.
Hatha Flow Yoga with Anouschka represents an integration of a variety of Yoga styles (like Iyengar, classical Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga) to start your journey into Yoga at ease, building up a save basis for your personal Yoga practice. Postures and techniques are applied according to the practice level of students.
Aim of these classes is a step-by-step building up of your Yoga practice, integrating techniques, developing vitality, flexibility, breathing rhythm and awareness.
